Little Rebel coffee is a boutique coffee roaster that specialises in unique blends for the decerning coffee palate. They are specialty coffee roasters and are passionate about getting the most flavour and elegance from their coffee beans. They make a point of sourcing beans that are grown and farmed ethically.

 

Pop in to enjoy a café latte, long black or machiato, or choose to take away this delicious blend for the road trip ahead.

Istra Small Goods – Istra produces a wide range of hand-made quality cured products with have been passed on from generation to generation on the the Jurcan family. These beautiful products include Proscuitto, Pancetta, Capppcollo, Pecenica and Salamis. These products can be found on many of our gourmet pizza’s and throughout our entire menu.
Istra Small Goods is located near Daylesford, Victoria.

 

Inglenook Dairy – Inglenook Dairy is producing some of the finest milk you’re ever likely to taste, exactly the way nature made it. With a delicious and natural taste, and all manufactured 100% on the farm, Inglenook Dairy provides us with additive free milk that we love.
Inglenook Dairy is located just a stones throw away from Ballarat Provedore in the beautiful area of Dunnstown, Victoria.

Basilio Sourdough – These guys make our amazing toasties amazing. Their slow made bread which is again free from artificial additives and preservatives, the Italian born Giorgio bakes a magic bread.

Local’s Night

 

Enjoy a gourmet woodfired pizza and Local Beer or Wine for $20. Local’s night occurs every Thursday evening.

 

Beer is supplied by Red Duck Brewery located in Ballarat.
Wine is supplied by Amherst Winery from Avoca
Pizza’s are created with the finest of produce from local suppliers and small businesses.
